I have a TFT monitor from Compaq Armada. and so I want to connect this monitor to the VGA cable. precisely in this situation and I want to send me exactly this scheme. please!

If you want to interface an LCD panel read this article wrote by Andrew Wiens. He build from a vintage 486 Compaq Contura 420cx to the VGA port at 640Г 480 resolution with 3 bits of color (one bit per color вІ RGB) for the purpose of displaying data from his upcoming ENSURE-2 near-space project.
